New pages are added to the 5.x sidebar. I didn't edit the generated config and CLI references in docs/.artifacts. Links to new settings like customIconPath, defaultRateLimit, and defaultRateLimitDuration won't resolve until those references are regenerated for 5.12.

Evidence

• vuepress dev docs: client compiled successfully. I loaded all 25 changed or new pages in a browser and checked that every same-docset #anchor link added here points to an existing heading.

Open items

• images/control-panel-settings.png still shows the old “Media” section and needs a new screenshot.
• The Color and Icon examples (the oklch/hsla values and the contrast ratio) were calculated by hand, not taken from running Craft.
• upgrade.md still says “Settings → Filesystems”. That was right for 5.0, so I left it alone.
