Cascade step for ComlineProject/core#159 (compatibility facts, step 2 of ComlineProject/core#119 / ComlineProject/runtime#15).
The editor checks config.idp through core. On the old pin, the new
id = "..."key thatcomline newandcomline buildwrite was flagged as an unrecognised manifest key. This pins core5259393with the same generation (ac4425c), comline-rust (8d0d659) and comline-typescript (37cd70f) revs as ComlineProject/cli#116. It also adds two tests: a well-formed id raises no diagnostic, and a malformed one is reported the way a build reports it.cargo test(461 + the new test) and the wasm32--no-default-featuresbuild pass locally.Merge after ComlineProject/cli#116.
