Move all ten remaining tracked demo projects out of the engine into standalone packages under AdaExamples/Examples/Technical. Together with the previously migrated procedural rig study, all eleven Demos projects now live in the examples repository.

  • Remove demo products/targets and tracked Demos files from the engine; preserve ignored local working copies.
  • Export existing AdaAssets, AdaPlatform, AdaInput and AdaSpineRuntime modules as products for independent packages.
  • Stop including Demos in the staged BuildSDK.
  • Forward A2UI/navigation launchers to an explicit ADAEXAMPLES_PATH checkout.
  • Require an explicit Android --package for builds; installing an existing --apk still works independently.
  • Read optional Sponza validation sources from --examples-root / ADAEXAMPLES_PATH while preserving camera tests and renderer validation.
  • Update current authored guides and regenerate the offline documentation snapshot. Historical plans/evidence retain their recorded paths.

The destination projects, standalone manifests, resources and launchers are in AdaExamples PR #1, outside its public catalog and recommendation feed.

Validation

  • Root SwiftPM manifest evaluates and contains no demo target paths.
  • Ten standalone package manifests evaluated with real SwiftPM; declared source/resource paths and engine products checked.
  • Android tooling: 16 tests passed, including missing-package CLI validation.
  • BuildSDK: four tests passed via WSL, including an actual filesystem fixture proving demo binaries are excluded.
  • Sponza-enabled rendering validation package staged from the external checkout and its generated SwiftPM manifest evaluated.
  • Bash syntax, scoped Python lint and diff checks passed; 25 offline guides verified.
  • Independent review found no remaining concrete issues after restoring WASI reactor/export flags and fixing launcher/documentation paths.

Draft limitations

Full native app builds/launches, package resolution on every platform, device/WASM rendering and the complete engine/Studio suites remain unverified. Manifest evaluation is not a native build. SwiftLint is unavailable locally; the contribution scanner flags an unchanged Package.swift checksum and Python analysis flags inherited patterns. These are not reported as passing. No checks or suppressions were weakened.

Local hooks were skipped for the authorized draft publication. Git pushes hit internal GitHub commit_refs_rules errors; publication through the GitHub Git Data API produced exactly the same reviewed tree (ecac64eba08199a77a123726eeffdc7529de02b8). Persistent hook/repository protection settings are unchanged. This PR does not authorize merge.
