Adds external_plugins/litman, a skill-only plugin for litman, an open-source local literature manager (GitHub, AGPL-3.0) driven by the lit command. I am the author of litman.

• One skill, litman-setup. The agent runs lit --version. If litman is missing, it asks the user, and only after a clear yes runs the official one-line installer from get.litman.dev (PowerShell on Windows, curl … | sh on macOS / Linux). It then runs lit install-skill --agent zcode, which copies litman's own skills to ~/.agents/skills, and tells the user that ZCode loads them in a new session (lit agent zcode opens the library as a workspace).
• The plugin only installs and connects litman. Everything else comes from the installed litman, so the plugin does not need an update when litman changes.
• No hooks, MCP servers, UI, credentials or bundled third-party code. Both READMEs list the network access, commands and file writes.

Testing / 测试

ZCode 3.16.3 on Windows, plugin installed from a local copy of this directory (Plugin Market → Add):

• The market lists litman with the zh-CN description; typing /litman shows $litman-setup (source: plugin).
• litman already installed: the agent checks, reports it is installed, and does not reinstall.
• litman uninstalled and its skills removed: the agent invokes litman:setup, asks through the question prompt, and installs only after the user picks "install". In Autonomous mode the installer runs without a prompt; in "Confirm before changes" mode the installer command shows the permission prompt, and after "Allow once" the install succeeds. The skills are copied, and a new session loads them.
• lit agent zcode run by the agent inside ZCode opens the library as a new task.

Checks / 检查：python3 scripts/validate.py → OK (53 plugins); git diff --check clean; build_dist.py builds this plugin's plugin.zip. On a checkout without pnpm build, build_dist.py stops at excalidraw (same on main), so the full build is left to CI. Python tests under tests/: the only failures are in test_mimosa_plugin.py, which fail the same way on main.
