Nine connected municipal products: Core, Records, Meetings, Code, Zoning, Planning, Permitting, Inspections and Station.
Townlight website · Suite manual · Signed Windows installer and release information · Versions, provenance and limits
The beta is a signed Windows fresh-install candidate verified using synthetic data in Windows Sandbox. City-specific policies, staff and equipment still require commissioning. Station uses a pinned CivicCast media implementation; standalone CivicCast remains a separate product. Current owned code and manuals are AGPL-3.0-only, with retained historical grants and vendor notices.

profile/README.md supplies the GitHub organization profile. The public site,
nine landing pages, ten manuals, architecture/API references, PDF/Word files
and full license/terms are maintained in townlight/townlight.github.io.
Current owned code and documentation are AGPL-3.0-only; the historical exception
is retained in docs/history and is not granted to this current edition.
The Station delivery update adds an encrypted live feed to separate CivicCast and explicit completed-recording YouTube uploads. Staff review and the private Records original are retained. Existing component versions and AGPL-3.0-only ownership terms are unchanged.
