ci: run the module CI on pull requests and on main

Adds a CI workflow that calls the shared module CI of thelia-modules/ReusableWorkflow:

• install on the latest published Thelia (create-project, bin/install, module activation, lint:container, cache:warmup, storefront and back-office login);
• PHPStan level 0 against the published core;
• the module tests, when there are some;
• on pull requests, a check that Config/module.xml moves to a version that is not tagged yet;
• an informational install on Thelia main.

CI only: Config/module.xml is unchanged, so merging this releases nothing.
