gather sleeps for a polling interval after every result is ready #710

gather always sleeps after polling, including when that poll retrieved the final result. With periodicity=5 an already-ready task therefore waits another five seconds.

A native probe stores a result in InmemoryResultBackend, builds an AsyncTaskiqTask for it, and calls gather(task, periodicity=5). An outer 100 ms timeout expires while gather is sleeping despite the result already being ready.

The polling delay should only apply while there are results still to fetch. The existing monotonic-clock PR changes deadline measurement and does not change this final sleep.
