Superseded by the compact, original-style exploration in PR #753 / DEVDB-468. The earlier layouts remain available in their immutable preview for reference.
Warning triangles on Supported Devices look like device errors even when they mean a subscription, bridge, or keypad is required. This draft adds five interactive options for Dawn: Inline, Notes, Groups, Table, and Expand.
Open the design comparison. Use the bottom picker or keys 1–5 / arrows. Preview Nuki, August, or KeyInCode in either theme.
All options use the existing provider-scoped Ecosystem summaries and requirement recovery. Search, capability filters, deep links, and independent disclosures work. Model metadata is separate from capability requirements. This isolated example is pending design selection; the production component behavior is unchanged. A route-specific CSP permits catalog images and the picker’s measured position.
Validation: all CI checks pass (Node 18/20 tests, lint, types, builds, package install, docs, and Vercel). Visited the deployed preview in Chrome 149 and checked all five variants, three brands, search/filter and empty state, independent disclosures, keyboard model details, note links, keyboard switching, reload persistence, reduced motion, 1200px desktop and 390px mobile layouts, and light/dark screenshots. No browser errors; API responses were 200 or normal 304 cache revalidation. Physical mobile Safari and screen-reader review remain follow-ups for the selected design.
