지원 하한을 Bun 1.4로 올린다. 1.3.14로 고정해 `$` never-settle 회귀망만 돌던 test-bun13 잡을 지우고, 모든 잡이 setup-bun 기본값(최신 Bun)을 따른다. 회귀망 테스트 파일은 그대로 `bun test`에 남는다(1.4에서는 내용만 지킨다). @playwright/test1.63.0 ·@types/bun1.4.2 ·oxfmt0.71.0 ·oxlint1.86.0 ·oxlint-tsgolint7.0.2003, 그리고apps/viewer·packages/trees의happy-dom·@happy-dom/global-registrator20.14.5vendored-packages.md의 절차(패리티 하니스 확인)를 거쳐 별도 PR로 올린다test-bun13하나였다. 이 PR은 Bun 1.3 지원을 끝내면서(지원 하한 1.4) 그 잡을 지운다.main룰셋의 필수 체크에서test-bun13을 뺀다. 빼지 않으면 사라진 이름을 기다리느라 모든 PR이 막힌다..claude/rules/(ci-release·testing·server)와 테스트 주석에 남은test-bun13언급을 정리한다. 회귀망 테스트 파일은bun test에 그대로 둔다.oxfmt·oxlint를 올려도 포맷 diff나 새 경고는 생기지 않았다(lint 경고는 main과 같다).
