Probe done: GITHUB_TOKEN can create a tag at the 2.0.0 release commit (201) and at rc2 (201). Both probe tags were deleted. The 2.0.0 release is blocked only by the IP allow list on ubuntu-latest, which #661 fixes. |

Throwaway diagnostic for the stuck 2.0.0 release. Creates and immediately deletes probe tags at the 2.0.0 release commit and the rc2 commit using GITHUB_TOKEN on an allowlisted runner. Will be closed.
