Building runtime governance infrastructure for AI systems.
I am an independent AI Governance System Architect working on Synapsa Infrastructure — a runtime governance architecture designed to help AI systems operate within defined authority, policy, and execution constraints.
My work focuses on the boundary between AI capability and real-world execution: how actions can be evaluated, controlled, and recorded before they become consequential.
Synapsa explores a governance layer between AI systems and execution environments.

Evidence
- Authority Before Fluency — capability does not create authority.
- Governance Before Execution — consequential actions should be governed before execution.
- Evidence Before Certainty — governed decisions should remain verifiable.
- Human Responsibility — AI supports human work; accountability remains explicit.
- Fail-Closed — when required governance cannot be established, execution may be held, blocked, or escalated.
- Zero Bypass — governance controls should remain enforced across the execution path.
My current work includes:
- Synapsa Governance Runtime — runtime governance infrastructure for AI execution.
- DocMaster AI — a governed document intelligence and workflow capability.
- RealityGuard — a validation and information integrity layer within the broader architecture.
The work explores deterministic, auditable, and evidence-driven approaches to AI governance across enterprise, regulated, and high-assurance environments.
Through SATHIRA Institution, I also contribute to open research, technology frameworks, education, and public-good initiatives.
Current public work includes:
- UAGF — Universal AI Governance Framework
- GSIM — Global Situational Intelligence Mesh
- ROL — Resilient Operations Layer
- ServeAll — humanitarian coordination infrastructure
These projects are maintained separately, with their own scope, governance, development status, and documentation.

Evidence
I prefer systems that are explicit about authority, deterministic where practical, auditable, reproducible, and honest about their limitations.

Build capable systems. Keep authority clear. Govern execution. Leave evidence behind.
