Replace kapt with KSP, jcenter with mavenCentral and the buildconfig plugin with a generated BuildConfig. Drop Dokka and the versions plugin, add a jitpack.yml and bump the version to 5.5.0 so the library can be consumed by the app as an included build. Add the info/characters, info/persons, info/character and info/person endpoints, the list/characters and list/persons endpoints, the novel media types and the extra fields of info/fullentry (format, ranking, cleaned and bayesian rating, available episodes, app deactivation).
