At CyberMaxx, I built security operations interfaces and customer reporting, partnering with Customer Success Managers to investigate escalations and turn client feedback into product improvements. Now I’m moving into Customer Success Management in cybersecurity and technical SaaS - bringing technical depth, clear communication, and a habit of shipping products.

- RekordBox Bass Notes: A music analysis tool that writes bass characteristics into RekordBox to help DJs find tracks with strong low-end energy.
