Adds a View results button to the actions column of the My searches list. Until now the only way into a search's results was the link on its term.

  • The button is an <a> styled as a primary button, pointing at the row's results_url. Its href is refreshed on each poll, the same as the term link.
  • The searches table's actions column gets its own width (250px → 350px) so all four buttons fit on one line. The other columns stay at 250px.
  • Compiled assets rebuilt.

The term link was the only way into a search's results. Add a View results
button to the actions column and widen the column to fit four buttons.
