wgetfromrepo.maven.apache.orgadded in devops(docker): make Maven install in Docker images more reliable #2007 timed out.build.shnow fetches the Maven distribution with the host's Maven, which resolves through theDevDiv_PublicPackagesmirror on the release agent and from Maven Central elsewhere; the jammy and noble Dockerfiles unpack it from a bind mount.
