Adds two News entries to the README and a small recognition row to the project page hero (
index.html):The Credly badges are shown as locally hosted images (300×300 PNG in
skillopt-assets/) that link to their public verification pages. The Credly embed script is not used: GitHub strips scripts from READMEs, and it would add a third-party script to the project page.Checked locally with a headless browser at desktop (1440 px) and mobile (390 px) widths. The row wraps cleanly with no overflow and does not overlap the main-result card. No code changes.
