Run the Node suite without an extra child process and use the shared correctness watchdog instead of a 60-second latency limit. Verify the TAP summary reports that every collected scenario passed. Co-authored-by: Copilot App <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>

Stabilize Node, deployment, analytics, and converter correctness watchdogs. Preserve operation deadlines and isolation assertions; update guidance.
Tests and Documentation
python -m pytest tests\unit\converter\test_seeded_converter_determinism.py -q --durations=3: 50 passed. Earlier targeted checks passed. Applicable hooks passed; full suite/JupyText not run.
