Fixes #832. Wrap the every-10-turns
get_global_memory()injection in<global_memory>and add it to the fold regex incompress_history_tags, the same way<history>is handled. Simulated 200 turns: full L1 copies in history peak 10 → 2 (interval 7) / 3 (interval 25), hard trim 2 → 1. Net lines: 0.
