Label Loop automatic boluses as Auto Bolus in the chart - #787

The chart popup for an automatic bolus says SMB for every system. Loop does not use SMBs, so for Loop it now says Auto Bolus and other systems keep SMB.

The chart popup for an automatic bolus said SMB for every system, which was confusing for Loop users since Loop doesn't use SMBs. When the device is Loop the popup now says Auto Bolus, and Trio and other oref based systems keep SMB. The Treatments list already labels these correctly and is unchanged.
