No release since Oct 10: pack fails on stale CompatibilitySuppressions.xml after the Polyfill 11.4.5 bump, so the #95 fix isn't on NuGet #126

What's wrong

Since 2026-10-14, every CI run on main has failed in ci / .NET / Analyze & Release at the Release step. Examples are scheduled run 40970308422 (Oct 29) and the push run for #123 (Oct 27). The tests pass on every operating system; only packing fails:

The validator reports 20 unnecessary suppressions, all of them polyfilled types: NullabilityInfo.*, ExperimentalAttribute.UrlFormat and DefaultInterpolatedStringHandler. They span the net5.0↔net6.0 and net6.0↔net7.0 pairs. RunCommand/CompatibilitySuppressions.xml has 21 entries, so almost all of it is stale. The breakage began with the Polyfill 11.4.5 bump (#121, ac83f1a), which changed which polyfill members are emitted per target framework.

Why it matters

The latest published version is still v1.9.6-pre.2 (2026-10-10). The fix for #95 (bf2d00c, which stops the stdout and stderr delegates running at the same time) has never reached NuGet, and no later fix will either until packing passes.

Fix / acceptance criteria

• Regenerate RunCommand/CompatibilitySuppressions.xml with dotnet pack -c Release /p:ApiCompatGenerateSuppressionFile=true and commit the result.
• Analyze & Release passes on main and a new version is published.
