A big pull request is slow to review because the reviewer has to rebuild the author's reasoning from the diff. Most of that reasoning is a handful of decisions: what was picked, what was rejected and what it costs.

explain-pr-as-video turns those decisions into a narrated video. The agent writes an animated HTML deck: the problem, the system drawn up one part at a time, one ADR-style card per decision, the facts it checked, what is proven, and the calls only the reviewer can make. render.mjs renders the deck to MP4 in headless Chrome with no npm packages, and add-voiceover voices it. ab.mjs compares two takes scene by scene and merges the picks.

  • Diagrams are written as Mermaid and laid out by Pele (MIT, bundled as assets/pele.js, license in assets/pele.LICENSE). The runtime adds the draw-in animation, the focus halo and the pills on wires.
  • The default look is Jam's site. A team can swap in its own brand through theme.css tokens.
  • Added to the README video list, the /jam router and the CHANGELOG.

Stacked on #26 (add-voiceover).
