/readyznow includesrevision, the source commit of the serving build (GIT_COMMIT_SHA, already injected fromSOURCE_COMMITat build time). Fly and the Nuremberg fallback can then be compared directly. The origin observer can alert when they drift apart, andinline-ops nbg statuscan confirm a sync, without provider credentials.Only the readiness HTTP response changes; liveness endpoints are untouched. Existing monitors (the API observer, the origin observer and the HQ infrastructure check) read the fields they need and tolerate the extra key. The Effect response schema and the
effect-v1-openapicontract fixture are updated together (additionalProperties: false).Validation: health, auxiliary host and ingress suites pass (45 tests). The OpenAPI and route manifests match; server typecheck and lint pass. The only typecheck errors are the existing
packages/mcp/distimports, which need the MCP package built.
