Adds three optional map layers to the WASM demo, for France: the DFCI grid with its square names, water points, and DFCI tracks. A firefighter who tried the demo couldn't place it on the ground without them.

This is display only: no change to the engine or the physics. worker.mjs, forefire_wasm.cpp and src/ are untouched. The layers are drawn on the canvas and never reach the simulation, and the page says so.

  • overlays.mjs fetches from the IGN Géoplateforme (WFS, CORS open, no key) and draws. Off by default: no request to IGN until a layer is switched on.
  • The grid is 1 km up to an 8 km domain, 2 km above.
  • Outside France, the page says these layers don't cover the area.

Tested in Chrome on the Corsica default: a run with the layers on or off gives the same 169 frames and 81,590 front coordinates; 2D, 3D, pan and zoom follow the ground. The page warns that the data is indicative, not for operational use.

If this is out of scope for the demo, I can keep it on a fork instead.

Drafted with Claude Opus 5.5.

The DFCI grid, water points and DFCI tracks, drawn from the IGN Géoplateforme
in France, so a place on the map can be named the way a firefighter would.
Nothing reaches the worker or the engine. Each layer is off by default and
fetched only when switched on.
