Share one snapshot decode across filter hovercards #688

Summary
Concurrent filter hovercards on one pad each read and decoded up to 1 MiB of pad snapshot on their own. They now share one head read and one decode.

Details
createSingleFlight, keyed on the document id, wraps the head read and the decode. Nothing is kept after the read settles.
Built in 31d30b56a on local main, not pushed yet.

31d30b56ais onmain, and deploy run41854096960shipped it. Backend Tests and Backend E2E passed in that run. The pad filter hovercard on/demoworked in the production check on 2026-11-04.
