Relands #650, which was reverted by #651, which itself relanded #642, reverted by #643.

The listing is gating-only again after the revert: it carries no server definition, so an install produces no mcp_server row and native MCP has nothing to point at. Declare the hosted HTTP endpoint the way Square does, so the marketplace index exposes a type === "HTTP" server for the connector.

Restores the 1.1.0 tree unchanged, including the mcp-e2e host that Bugbot flagged as non-production on #650. That host is carried over deliberately rather than silently corrected, since it is the value the paired everysphere override expects.

Note

Medium Risk
Changes how the connector is discovered and authenticated (hosted MCP URL plus mandatory reauth for existing installs) for a finance integration, though scope is limited to plugin metadata and docs.

Overview
Bumps quickbooks-online to 1.1.0 and wires the plugin to Intuit’s hosted HTTP MCP endpoint instead of a Cursor-only server definition, so installs expose a real mcp_server entry for native MCP (same pattern as other marketplace connectors).

Adds mcp.json pointing at https://mcp-e2e.quickbooks.intuit.com/mcp, references it from plugin.json via mcpServers, and updates README/CHANGELOG to describe Intuit-hosted MCP and the new config. Existing users must reauthorize because OAuth now goes through the native client even though the per–company-file Intuit flow is unchanged.
