Description

Fixes #369.

Regression of 5.5 (#337): StopTask (stop) flagged an already failed process history as stopped (5.4.1 kept the failure). E.g. after a task initialization failure (going on is deprecated), a stop task turned the failed process into a stopped one: Process <code> stopped logged at the success_level and ProcessEvent::isProcessStopped() true. The stop still ends the flow of the tasks, but the process stays failed (failed_level, isProcessStopped() false).
