Ran npm run update-webuis. seedit and 5chan had new releases; plebones (v0.1.27) is already at latest.

Changes

• bitsocialnet/seedit v0.5.10 -> v0.6.0, with the new sha256OfHtmlZip for the release's HTML zip.
• bitsocialnet/5chan v0.9.17 -> v0.10.2, with the new sha256OfHtmlZip for the release's HTML zip.

Verification

• npm run build && npm run build:test — pass
• npm run test:cli — 410 passed, 1 skipped (50 files)
• dist/webuis/ re-downloaded from scratch and now contains seedit-html-0.6.0 and 5chan-0.10.2-html
• The 5chan-specific daemon.test.ts case (5chan webui does not contain the root hash redirect script) still passes with the new release.
