Burak Çevik

Hi, I'm Burak Çevik. I lead multilingual customer support teams and build the automations that keep repetitive work off their plates. I'm an Assistant Project Manager at ModSquad, working remotely from Ankara, Türkiye.

What I do

  • Team leadership: I run a multilingual support team of about twenty advisors on a major consumer software account. I own the KPIs, quality reviews, one to one coaching and scheduling.
  • Automation: if a task repeats every week, I try to automate it. Dashboards, a feedback library and availability alerts, built with Google Apps Script.
  • AI, carefully: I use the Claude API for things like coaching form structure. One rule I never bend: internal and customer data stays out of AI tools.
  • Building: I'm working on Tamga, an AI product for people who do business across borders, and I prototype hardware with ESP32 boards.
