Building the Space ROS image

1. Install Docker Buildx: sudo apt-get install docker.io docker-buildx
2. You can build the Space ROS image using the following command:

# To build the base Space ROS image
./build.sh

# To build the dev Space ROS image
SPACE_ROS_VARIANT=dev ./build.sh
