PayloadFactory now renders expression-evaluated argument values as literal text in the generated
payload unless the value is itself a complete, well-formed XML element, and no longer fails when a
value contains $, , or &. This preserves the existing ability to compose a result from an
expression that returns XML, while making plain-text values behave as plain text.
