Shared Oxfmt config matching the TanStack Prettier settings, with `sortImports` set up to follow the `import/order` groups from @tanstack/eslint-config. Type imports are split by origin, and there are no newlines between groups. The package is linted with @tanstack/oxlint-config, like the rest of the repo.
