Scale alloy defensive stats on armour pieces to 0.4 - #49

Conversation
An alloy's max health and damage reduction landed on every armour piece, so a set carried four copies while a weapon carried its attack stat once. The armour templates now apply a 0.4 factor to max_health and the three damage reductions. Armour points, toughness, shields and weapons are unchanged. Summary
Syncs the bundled
stats.ymldefaults with what Main and Tutorial run since 2026-10-31 10:28 UTC.An alloy's max health and damage reductions came from the gems forged into it, and they landed on every armour piece. A set carried four copies, while a weapon carried the alloy's attack stats once. The light, medium, heavy and infantry armour templates now apply a 0.4 factor to
max_health,physical_damage_reduction,projectile_damage_reductionandmagic_damage_reduction. The live configs also have the same factors onmage_armor, which the bundled defaults don't include.Unchanged: armour points, toughness, shields, weapons and bows. Socketed gem stats live in their own MMOItems layer and are kept when AC refreshes a piece.
Testing
On Dev with a Warrior character, using Main's Vulcrite and Stygmetal alloys:
ac reload: 0.8 HP → 0.32, 1.41% projectile reduction → 0.56%.Config only, no code change.
