Upgrade test: read the root-only autologin backup with sudo - #42

The upgrade test kept failing after the autologin removal had already worked. The step's last check,
test -fon the backup file, runs as the runner user, and the backup folder is root's alone (0700), so the check couldn't see the file. It now runs withsudo.Generated by Claude Code
