RTT里的cherryusb要求hpm sdk为1.12，但是bsp拉取的sdk为1.10。（而且hpm这份专门给rtt的sdk好像是没有SDK_VERSION_NUMBER之类的宏的）

    sdk和 cherryusb不能任意版本使用，如需使用，降低 rtt 中cherryusb版本 OR 提升 hpm sdk 版本
