API Reference

Everything you need to know about the Orbit Public API.

Tip

Each workspace is different, meaning you may need to generate a different API key for each one.

Warning

API keys are limited to 100 requests/minute per API key.

Authentication

Every request must include an Authorization header with a bearer token:

Authorization: Bearer orbit_your_api_key_here

Create keys in Workspace -> Settings -> Public API and store them in a secrets manager. Keys inherit the creator's permissions—create scoped keys per integration.
