Adds kastro5/opendeck-ulanzi-d200 to the Device support plugins section.

It registers the Ulanzi D200X (13 keys, a wide screen, 3 dials, 2 side buttons) and D200H (13 keys and a wide screen) with OpenDeck, on Windows and Linux. Notes:

  • The release has one zip per model. Both models share a USB ID and can't be told apart, so the zip presets the model, and OpenDeck's install dialog shows both zips to pick from. The model can also be changed later in the plugin's Wide screen action.
  • The wide screen shows a clock, system stats or nothing.
  • It's a fork of edubox/opendeck-ulanzi-d200x (credited in the README), with its own bundle ID. I've let the original author know (edubox/opendeck-ulanzi-d200x#4).
  • It overlaps with com.glmagalhaes.ulanzi.d200. Both drive the D200 over the same HID device, so only one should be enabled at a time. The README and installer warn about this. This plugin adds D200X dial and side-button support and Windows builds.
  • It's flagged ai_assisted. It was developed with Claude Code.

I ran validate_submission.py locally against this branch (format, section, ordering, repository, release, manifest, icon), and it passed.

Could you please check #57? You both want to update the Ulanzi Plugin plus the other Plugin adding Windows Support.

Thanks for the pointer, @Terrorwolf01. I've looked at #57. The two are separate plugins rather than two updates of the same one:

  • Ulanzi D200 plugin fork for both Windows and Linux #57 (com.iwo24pl.rs-ulanzi-d200) is Iwo24pl's Windows port of glmagalhaes' Rust plugin, and it replaces the existing com.glmagalhaes.ulanzi.d200 entry. It's a single native binary and registers the deck as a 3×5 grid without encoders or touchpoints.
  • This PR (dev.kastro5.ulanzi-d200) is a new entry. It's a different codebase (Python, forked from edubox/opendeck-ulanzi-d200x) and doesn't touch the glmagalhaes entry. It registers the D200X with its three dials and two side buttons, and the D200H as its own device.

They drive the same USB device, so only one should be enabled at a time; my README says so, and I'm happy to put that in the catalogue description too. If you'd rather have a single D200 entry, I'm open to coordinating with @Iwo24pl.
