feat: add shell version switching - #1

Add PowerShell, CMD and sourced Git Bash entry points with explicit reg, shell and all scopes and positional or named version arguments. Resolve configured targets without writes and update the caller environment when requested. Package and uninstall the scripts alongside the CLI. Cover scope behavior, PATH updates and literal argument handling with shell tests, and extend CLI and installer acceptance checks.
