Port Steam Advantage to Forge 1.13.2 while keeping block, tile, item and saved-state names. Include the pump/boiler persistence repairs, drill orientation, movement, progress and output fixes, recipe discoveries and corrected client resources.
Version: 2.2.5.113021. Pin Power Advantage's tested port commit and development jar hash. Dependencies are not bundled.
Validation: ForgeGradle release audits, native resource checks, connected legacy-machine migration, full restarts, moving drills, partial unloading and endurance tests. Reusable test source is in the shared Power Advantage rig; generated worlds, logs and reports are not committed.
The shared qualification notes retain Q-RIG-001 and the remaining manual and wider coverage gaps: https://github.com/MinecraftModDevelopmentMods/PowerAdvantage/blob/master-1.13.2/docs/1.13/CURRENT-QUALIFICATION.md . Back up worlds before upgrading. No tag or release publication is included.
