Built something fun and seriously useful.

Picklio is a browser extension that helps answer questions faster, smarter, and with more control.

What it does

1. Quick Snap lets you select only the part of the screen you want analyzed.
2. OCR reads text from images and screenshots.
3. Stealth Mode keeps answers hidden until you choose to reveal them.
4. Explain Answer tells you why the correct choice is right.

The goal is simple, make answering from text, images, screenshots, and multiple choice questions feel instant and clean.

How to install it

1. Download the Picklio extension files.
2. Open Chrome and go to: chrome://extensions
3. Turn on Developer Mode (top right).
4. Click “Load unpacked”.
5. Select the Picklio folder.

How to use it

1. Add Picklio to your browser.
2. Open Picklio settings.
3. Paste your OpenAI API key.
4. Highlight text, or use Quick Snap.
5. Right click and choose what you need, Get Answer, Hint, Explain, or OCR.

How to get your OpenAI API key

1. Go to https://platform.openai.com
2. Sign in or create an account
3. Go to “API Keys” section
4. Click “Create new secret key”
5. Copy and paste it into Picklio

Why it is useful

Picklio is especially useful when:

1. The question is not easy to copy.
2. The text sits inside an image.
3. You want more than just the final answer.
4. You want a faster workflow inside the browser.
