To setup the project:

1) Install Python

2) Install all of the libraries:

write in comand line:

pip install numpy matplotlib openpyxl pandas tkinter

3) Run the code of file "Transport_Problem.py"

Generator

File "Generator.py" generate example initial data for the "Transport_Problem.py". You can setting it by changing some code in the bottom of file.

Auto Testing

File "testing_multi.py" is for auto testing several transport problem tasks. It will not run GUI, so it might save your computer's power. You can also setting it by changing some code in the bottom of file.
