Dependency updates

This profile repository uses the shared ANTfrastructure Renovate configuration for its workflow and submodule pins. From Linux or WSL, run bash scripts/renovate-local.sh --apply; it initializes the pinned hub if needed and updates direct submodules to their remote default tips. To report updates or preview with --apply --dry-run first, initialize the hub or use an existing checkout. On a Windows checkout run from WSL, the shared helper uses Windows Git for the checkout.
