Say why the beacon sits beside the hydrogen line - #22

The homepage said the tone was 'exactly hydrogen's line' with no reason, and the archive gave 1420.405 MHz in captions while canon is 1420.55 MHz. Now both pages say hydrogen's line is a ruler both sides know, that the tone sits in the pulsar-timing band (why the timing stations heard it), and that the uncorrected tone is only the carrier: its shift says where it comes from, the pulse timing is the message. Before: the homepage said the tone was "exactly hydrogen's line" with no reason given, so it read like a leftover of the older hydrogen/Water-Hole version of the story. Captions and the archive kicker showed 1420.405 MHz although the received tone is 1420.55 MHz.
After: the homepage (CN/EN) says the tone sits just above hydrogen's line, a ruler any radio-astronomy culture knows, and inside the pulsar-timing band, which is why the timing stations heard it first. The archive's 2219-09-28 entry says the uncorrected tone is only the carrier that reveals where it comes from, while the pulse timing is the message (the handshake). Captions now read 1420.55 MHz.
