Before: the only way back to phase 1 was the last item in a folded menu. Iron Bamboo appeared only as "The Relay (game)".

After: every page opens with a slim era bar above the header. It reads "第二阶段 · 通联纪 · 2219" on the left and links back to phase 1 (interimm.org) on the right, in Sol yellow. The menu has an Iron Bamboo group with three links: its home, the relay game and the star map. The footer also lists the star map. Iron Bamboo's own site reads the same nav JSON, so the two sites now share one top bar.

How: nav.era in kit/nav.<lang>.json holds the bar's label and back link, and interimm.js draws it above .header-inner. The menu's life item becomes an ironbamboo group, so pages with data-current="life" still highlight it. Every page now loads the kit with ?v=3. Pages that use the kit from elsewhere, like the exoplanet explorer, pick the bar up automatically.

Checked: npm test passes (27). I also checked the header at phone and desktop widths in Chromium, with the menu and the Iron Bamboo group open.

- nav.era in nav.<lang>.json draws a slim bar above every header: which phase
this is, and a link back to phase 1 (interimm.org).
- The menu's game entry becomes an Iron Bamboo group: its home, the relay game
and the star map; the footer gains the star map.
- Every page loads the kit with ?v=3.
