Log one request line for a request whose error page the app renders - #43

With config.exceptions_app = routes, Rails renders an error page by sending the request through the routes again as GET /<status>, so the error page's controller logged a request line of its own: a second line after the line of the action that raised, or, for an error raised before any action (a routing error), a line with the error page's GET /404 instead of the request's own method and path. The error page's line now has the request's method and path, from Rails' action_dispatch.original_request_method and action_dispatch.original_path, and Lograge ignores it when the action's line logged the error. An error raised after the action, in a middleware, keeps the error page's line: the action's line has the status the action returned. Addresses #28

- Line 261: Update the request-line explanation in the Lograge documentation to
limit the one-line claim to exceptions raised by actions. Clarify that when
middleware raises after an action completes, the action’s request line may
already be written and the retained error-page line can produce a second line
for that request.

The action's line has the status the action returned, and the error page's line the error's.

Addresses #28.
With
config.exceptions_app = routes, Rails renders an error page by sending the request through the routes again asGET /<status>, and the error page's controller logged a request line of its own:GET /500,GET /422).GET /404), not the request's.Now:
action_dispatch.original_request_methodandaction_dispatch.original_path(under the app'sscript_name).The Rails test app can now serve its error pages from its routes (
config.x.error_pages_from_routes, whichErrorPagesTestturns on; other tests keep Rails' default error pages). The last commit releases it as 0.2.1 (version, Gemfile.lock and the changelog's date), so the merge can be tagged
v0.2.1.Also adds a rule to AGENTS.md: refer to issues as "Addresses #N", not "Fixes #N", so GitHub doesn't close them before the release, without a reply.
Tests
rails_test_app/templates/test/integration/error_pages_test.rb: a GET action that raises (one line,GET /logging/error, 500), a POST action that raises (one line,POST /security/submit, 422), and a POST to a missing route (one line,POST /no/such/route, 404, fromErrorsController). All three fail without the fix: two lines, andGET /404.test/log_struct/integrations/lograge_error_pages_test.rb: an error after an action's line without one keeps the error page's line, the path under a mount point, events without a request, and that the ignore test is added once.task cipasses locally.Summary by CodeRabbit
