A converted constant-price amount names whose prices deflate it: donor prices for DAC aid, recipient prices for IDS debt, national prices for IMF GDP. The page says how each is computed and that amounts in one currency and base year with different price bases are different measures.

The methods page now says what each constant-price label's price basis means, since a DAC amount and an IDS amount in constant 2024 naira are deflated by different entities and measure different things.

Changes
content/hub/data/methods.md: the deflator D is stated as the deflator entity's prices in US dollars. A new section, "What a constant-price label means", explains donor prices (DAC recipe), recipient prices (IDS recipe) and national prices (IMF GDP), and says amounts with different price bases are not to be added or compared as like for like.Notes for reviewers
The labels appear once the dfo-apis change that names the deflation basis on converted units is deployed; merge this with or after it.
Testing: Not applied.
