Pins spec-kit at c6bbf0c, the merge of DevelopmentFinanceObservatory/spec-kit#46, which retires entities_unbound and drops the six Datasets mappings no route raises.

  • tests/platform/test_registry_binding.py loses _REGISTERED_NOT_RAISED, so the per-endpoint check now fails on any registered code no route of that endpoint serves.
  • entities_unbound leaves the materialise catalogue (materialise/codes.py, datasets_api/codes_materialise.py), and resolution_ambiguous leaves SHARED_PLATFORM_CODES in datasets_api/codes.py.
  • docs/conformance-datasets-api-v1.md drops the entities_unbound and resolution_ambiguous rows and their open-gap rows. Its facet_binding_unsupported row now reads 422 implemented, which matches the registry and the mint's exemplar.
  • docs/conformance-search-api-v1.md names no issue for resolution_ambiguous: the Sync dfo-apis@2be821c00023 #11 and Sync dfo-apis@1d29a70e59f7 #12 it cited are sync pull requests in this repository.
  • uv.lock moves only the six spec-kit packages. The pin also brings spec-kit dev's commits since 9de5ae1: the description source codes and the client-contract re-record.

Testing: tests/platform, tests/datasets_api, tests/contract and tests/presentation_api give 5,533 passed, and tests/engine 20,583. Ruff and ty pass.
