Notes:

• Scope amendment (revision 2): lab/internal/molecule/verification_history.go was added. completedCoding also admits environment-blocked with captured changes, so --continuation checks-only and the delivery preview accept it. The other callers (RebaseFormula, retainedWorkCertain, next_actions) widen too; that is intended, because such an attempt is finished work.
• Protected regression, accepted by design: TestAdapterInvocationChangesRequireProtocolBump (no pin for protocol 10) and TestAdapterCompatibility/{claude-code,codex,cursor}/molecule (they compare the coding instruction and outcome schema against the old contracts.json).
• Flaky under memory pressure (LOW): one full-suite run failed TestRetainedWorkNoteComesBeforeTheOperatorNote (fixture ended blocked) and TestPendingChecksOnlyRejectsUnsafeAmendments/paused-tree (exec: WaitDelay expired before I/O complete) while the host had under 1 GiB free. Both pass when run alone on this tree, and the checks-only rerun passed. Worth a follow-up if they show up in CI.
• Protocol 10: saved bindings need a reviewed rebind after upgrading.

All required checks passed.
