1. 하드웨어 식별자(SSAID/Android ID, IMEI 등) 사용을 피한다.
2. 사용자 프로필/광고 목적에는 광고 ID만 사용하고, 사용자 선택을 존중한다.
3. 결제 사기 방지·통신을 제외하면 인스턴스 ID나 앱이 비공개로 저장한 GUID를 사용한다.
4. 사용 목적에 맞는 API(DRM API, 기기 무결성 API(Play Integrity) 등)를 쓴다.

KO 위 코드는 레포의 UniqueID.kt를 다듬은 버전입니다. Widevine을 지원하지 않는 기기에서 !!로 죽지 않고 null을 돌려주며, android.util.Base64를 써서 Android 8.0 미만에서도 동작하고(TODO(...) 제거), 사용 후 MediaDrm을 해제합니다. EN This is a cleaned-up version of UniqueID.kt in this repo. It returns null instead of crashing on !! when Widevine is unavailable, uses android.util.Base64 so it also works below Android 8.0 (no TODO(...)), and releases the MediaDrm afterwards.

Notes / 참고

• KO ANDROID_ID는 공장 초기화 등으로 바뀔 수 있습니다. Android 8.0 이상에서는 앱 서명 키·사용자·기기 조합별로 값이 달라집니다. EN ANDROID_ID can change, e.g. after a factory reset. On Android 8.0+ it is scoped per app-signing key, user and device.
