Reference → Languages has an overview (the states, how claims are proven, the side-by-side matrix) and one page per language: its code generation support, feature by feature, with the fixtures that prove it, and a Runtime section for when runtime conformance covers it. scripts/sync-language-support.py renders them from generation's features.json, replacing the single generator support page under Tools and its sync script.
The sync script now also renders, from the runtime wire corpus and each runtime's conformance report, a Runtime table per language page and a runtime matrix on the overview. The framing pages' shipped-combination tables point at them.

Stacked on #41.
Each language page's Runtime section is now rendered from runtime conformance. Before, it was a placeholder.
scripts/sync-language-support.pyalso reads:features.json(Runtime wire conformance: vectors, Rust support and report runtime#13);runtime/conformance/reports/rust.json, and TypeScript'sruntime/conformance-report.json(comline-typescript#50).--runtime-featuresand--runtime-report NAME=FILE.--runtime-revpicks the revision to fetch (defaultmain).Checked:
zensical build --strictpasses.--checkpasses against local reports. The drift check fetches the reports from
main, so it fails until runtime#13 and comline-typescript#50 merge.
