Part of the generator feature-support work (generation#62, comline-rust#57, comline-typescript#48, cli#76, language-server#68).

  • New page: Reference → Generator support. It explains the four states (supported, partial, ignored, unsupported) and how conformance proves each, then shows the matrix with the fixtures that prove each cell.
  • scripts/sync-generator-support.py copies the table from generation's FEATURES.md between the page's markers and links issue references. --check exits 1 on drift, and --file reads a local copy. It's stdlib only.
  • generator-support-drift.yml runs it per PR (on the page, script or workflow) and weekly, the same pattern as the IDL drift job.
  • CLI reference: comline targets [--features [--json]]. check-cli-drift.py passes against the cli#76 binary.
  • Validator guide: the TypeScript note says it generates types without checks, says comline generate warns, and links the page.

Not mkdocs-macros: zensical doesn't render macros. The CLI page's global-flags table on the live site shows the raw {% for row %} loop, which is a separate, existing bug.

Merge order: the drift job and the CLI drift check fetch generation's and cli's default branches, so merge generation#62 and cli#76 first, then rerun.

A Reference page with the feature matrix, copied from generation's
FEATURES.md by scripts/sync-generator-support.py, with issue references
linked. A drift workflow runs the script in check mode, per PR and weekly.
The CLI reference gains `targets --features [--json]`, and the validator
guide links the page from its TypeScript note.
